   Goal:   Casey Scrignoli was already an established realtor on the Duluth, MN realty scene, but she needed solid branding to match her down-to-earth, humble-hustler approach to selling homes.

Casey Scrignoli was already an established realtor on the Duluth, MN realty scene, but she needed solid branding to match her down-to-earth, humble-hustler approach to selling homes.

   Answer:   We agreed she needed something which visually said, “I sell homes,” but also coexisted well with the vibrant red logo of her parent company, which she was required to include in all of her branding and collateral.  It was clear we needed

We agreed she needed something which visually said, “I sell homes,” but also coexisted well with the vibrant red logo of her parent company, which she was required to include in all of her branding and collateral.

It was clear we needed to utilize the red of the Messina logo to balance the overall look of her branding. Casey was also partial to clean lines and approachable, but polished feel for her logo.

Armed with brand guidelines and a system of logo marks, icons, and secondary logo marks, Casey now has a solid foundation upon which to build her burgeoning real estate business.
